Through guiding you to tune within, using practices such as sensual yoga, meditation and somatic practices i create spaces where you can allow yourself to be, allow yourself to see yourself fully without fear or judgement. instead guide you to allow yourself to be vulnerable, be who you truly are and accept yourself for all that is. through this work i feel called to help people find that spark which takes you on a journey of transcendence.

Through these offerings Divinity's Touch Shead's light in different aspects of what can be offered, helping connect on deeper levels and different ways to our community. Whether it be tending a class, doing a course with me or simply wanting to be guided through a 1:1 session with me all is open and all is welcome. The focus of these offers is ways that feel authentic to me on how I can give back in a wholesome way. All of these offerings are a journey of helping you be able to connect back to self, whether that be physically, emotionally or energetically, these are all gateways to help you find stillness within.
Yoga Classes
Vinyasa, Slow flow and Yin
Having three main yoga classes to help me reach out to people in different energies, each has their own theme and can help individuals specific needs depending on what it is there looking for. these classes go from a more dynamic challenging class to a sensual soulful flow to then a deep movement class. Each class has their own category but come back to the same essence which is connecting to the divinity within. Each class asks differently to an individual's body, whether it be asking to be finding more balance and strength or simply asking for restoration and healing.

1:1 Sessions with Me
Energy Healing, Oracle readings and Intuitive Guiding
Through these sessions there are three main components that I'm guided to work with, with individuals. Theres an option to have them together or seperately. Each focus on a specific area on connecting to an individual. with my energy healings, I work with reiki energy, light language and Ashati energies which helps not only unblocked stagnant energy, but it also helps realign an individual to the highest version of who they truly are. Oracle readings give you a visual of where you are and me being a channel to give any messages I feel called to that will help you with where you are currently. Meditation Series
Pealing Back the Layers to Self
This is a 5 week series where we will be diving into the layers of self and meeting parts of ourselves that we may not have acknowledged. through this journey will be a framework of how to meditate, how to connect to the divinity within. there will be a weekly class with daily reflections and mini meditations to help you build a framework that works with who you are. through this series we will be working with, breathwork, movement, mantras, visualization and sound healing to help peal the layers needed to connect to the divinity within.

Woman's circles, day retreats, online calls
