Pealing back the Layers to Self is a 5 week Meditation journey of unraveling parts of you that no longer align. this series is a guiding tool to help you come back home to self and find the divinity within. Through this series we will be focusing on Pranayama, movement, mantra and mudras to help us connect back to the divinity within.
Connecting back to the Divinity Within
Pealing back the layers to self is a journey of coming back home to self, its an unraveling of all that no longer aligns and creating something out of it. Through this 5 week journey we will be diving into the 5 koshas the physical layer, the energetic layer, the mental layer, the wisdom layer and finally the bliss layer, the universal consciousness. Through each week we will be unraveling each layer, allowing them to reveal how they play a big part in our lives.
Through this journey it's a deepening into self, an unraveling of parts that need to be seen, acknowledged and creating something out of it. This mediation series is for woman who have a deeper calling, who have this yearning to come back home to self. To understand self, this series offers an embodiment practice, a softening into self, a breathwork practice, feeling back into the energy and a practice of mindfulness to help connect back to the divinity within.
This isn't just about meditating, its about allowing yourself to fully dive within and find the hidden truths, of allowing energy to flow through and just move with the ebb's and flows without attachment. This is a space to help us learn how to hold ourselves, listen to the inner callings within that want to be heard, acknowledge and seen and hold space to feel heard, to come back to self and love she.
These 5 weeks are all about connecting to the body, connecting to the mind and connecting to the soul.
Through this space each class will be 90 minutes long, allowing time to talk about the layer we're diving into for the week, following a practice of mindful movement, tuning into the breath to then slowly dive into a deep meditation, following a yoga Nidra and to end the session grounding back into the room and having time for reflections and closing down the space. Each class will be followed by a little daily practice and reflection questions that align with each layer to help you truly embody and truly integrate your own practice.
Pealing back the layers of self is all about connecting back to your truth, connecting back to your sensuality and connecting back to who you truly are. This is a 5 week journey that invites us to see us for where we're truly at, to allow ourselves to be seen fully without fear of judgement, shame or insecurity. This is a space to return back home to self, to connect back to the divinity within. And through this awakening it's a deepening into self to allow the truth to fully be heard and to finally listen to the calling of your soul.
This is a space to learn how to reconnect to self, to hold space to hold yourself and to learn how to be vulnerable with yourself. This is a space where we validate ourselves, give us the love we've tried to find elsewhere and by truly doing this we unravel the layers that no longer align to what is true for us now. Letting go of fears, beliefs, people, ways of being, old stories and through the pealing of each layer will be a step closer to returning back to the essence of who you are. and creating a life with this deeper resonance.
