This is a flow of yoga that helps us build our sense of balance, build our strength while also helping us go a little out of our comfort zone by doing challenging movements. This class focuses on breath, alignment and mindfulness. this class is really good to help build concentration on focusing on one thing while also keeping the flow. vinyasa asks us to give it our all, it helps prepare our body to keep fit, keep stronger and lubricate our joints. it also asks us to be focused, be mindful while also overcoming internal challenges. while this may seem like a physical class it can also be very internal and can help us reflect on how to desal with outside situations.

Using body, mind and connection this class is all about connecting to our body and allowing our bodies to move us. this is about taking deep movements while also allowing ourselves to move with integrity and intention. allowing the rest of the world to fall away and instead allow this practice to be a coming home to self, a deep surrendering into our body and allowing our temple to move in ways that help release stuck tensions and stagnancy. and instead move with our sensuality and love for self. this class is a slow vinyasa that focuses on keeping a rhythm with intuitive movement.

This class brings us into deep, slow, static, movements that help us connect to the deeper layers within. with each time passing we let go a little deeper helping us heal our nervous system, emotional body and physicality. this class supports building our flexibility, changing our postures and help find deep restoration. this class is all about sitting in the uncomfortable whether it be physical, emotional or mental and helping us find that deeper connection within, to find what it is that we're holding and letting that go.
